All items sold under intimate personal use are considered non-returnable once the original seal is broken. Therefore, returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after opening cannot be processed.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To process any damage or defect claim, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required.

The video must show:

  • The sealed outer package before opening
  • The full unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • Clear visibility of the damaged or defective product

This helps us ensure fair and transparent claim processing.

Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted

Once verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

Note: Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

3. Return, Replacement & Refund Timeline

If a return or replacement is approved:

  • The product (if required) must be sent to our facility for inspection
  • Inspection will be completed within 4ā€“7 business days after receipt
  • Once approved, the replacement or refund will be initiated promptly

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank policies.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video
